You will meet with our staff members who will be able to show you around the campus and address any questions you may have. Apply After your visit, you may complete our online application form. Complete the application and submit with your $75 application fee. Apply Now Assess Once we have received your application, we will work with you to schedule your child’s assessment. Prior to the assessment, we will collect the following forms to ensure we have the necessary information to make an admissions decision: Transcript Release Form Teacher Recommendation Form (Pre-K–1st Grade, 2nd–5th Grade) When these requirements are satisfied, we will send you an enrollment contract via DocuSign. To complete your registration, the enrollment contract must be electronically signed and returned within 48 hours with your registration fee. Once enrolled, families must submit a copy of each student’s birth certificate, immunization records, and completed physical from a Florida physician. 1 & 2 Year Old Programs Park Maitland South offers programs for both children ages 1 and 2 years. We recognize the importance of these times in your child’s development. We offer a program that stimulates their young minds in a safe and nurturing space. Our program focuses on social and emotional development, cognitive and language development, and physical development. In addition, musical skills, artistic expression, sign language (1 year old), introduction to foreign language (2 year old), and imaginative play are also a part of every day. We pride ourselves on our small class sizes and providing individualized care for every child. Entrance requirements: 1 year old program – Students must be between 12 and 24 months of age 2 year old program – Students must be 2 before entering the program. They are required to wear Pull-Ups if they are not properly potty trained. No diapers are allowed. Tuition Understanding the affordability of tuition is an essential part of the admissions process and your child’s education. Learn more about the tuition and fees associated with our school. We welcome students throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the desired program, and the child is grade level ready.
